Financial Strategies in Urban Management to Combat Poverty and Hunger

Urban financial management is considered one of the key aspects of sustainable development and improving urban quality of life. One of the most significant challenges in this field is addressing urban poverty and hunger, which, due to population growth and economic issues, has become more complex. This paper examines financial strategies in urban management to reduce poverty and hunger. The paper analyzes various financial models, such as investment in social projects, resource allocation to support programs, and public-private partnerships to finance anti-poverty and anti-hunger projects. Additionally, the financial and operational challenges associated with these strategies, including resource shortages, corruption, and operational coordination issues, are discussed, with solutions proposed to overcome these obstacles. The findings of the research indicate that the effective implementation of financial strategies can play a crucial role in improving the urban poverty and hunger situation, highlighting the need for increased coordination between various government and private sector entities.
