چکیده مقاله:

The success of an organization is heavily influenced by a manager’s commitment to ethical practices. The ethical balance is a reflection of the manager’s capability. Managers who overlook the importance of ethical standards in their management field often fall short of achieving the success they aim for, which can lead to their eventual failure. Given the crucial role of managers within an organization, this study employed a descriptive-analytical approach to examine the effect of management behavior indicators on organizational ethical health. The findings revealed that a manager in a healthy organization cultivates dynamic leadership, a leadership who is both committed to his responsibilities and cultivates relationships. An organization of this nature acts as a strong support system for its employees, guiding them and maintaining high-performance standards. Furthermore, in a healthy organization, not only do managers exhibit autonomy in their thoughts and actions, but also employees arrive at work with enthusiasm and complete satisfaction, and they derive the utmost pleasure from working in their work environment. Employees are dedicated to ongoing education and learning. They love and trust one another, and demonstrate both passion and responsibility in their work. Also, they take immense pride in being a part of their organization.
