As artificial intelligence (AI) gains momentum globally, enterprise AI chatbot services are transforming business operations, customer service, and engagement. This paper examines successful business models for selling enterprise AI chatbot services in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The unique business dynamics of the MENA region, including its rapid digital transformation, a growing focus on AI technologies, and regional economic diversification efforts, provide both opportunities and challenges for enterprises offering AI chatbot solutions. Drawing from academic literature, market reports, and industry case studies, we analyze the models that are thriving in the region, focusing on subscription-based models, custom AI solutions, and partnership-based strategies. Additionally, this paper highlights factors such as cultural nuances, regulatory frameworks, and localization strategies that impact the success of AI chatbot services in MENA.
