چکیده مقاله:

This article examines hearing aid manufacturing processes, focusing on advancements in production techniques employed by leading manufacturers. Addressing the limited data available, the study combines a literature review and content analysis to explore this topic. By analyzing existing articles, books, and the manufacturing patterns of prominent companies, this research identifies the harmonious integration of machines, such as ۳D ear scanners, additive manufacturing machines, six-axis robots, and transport shuttles, with skilled craftsmanship in primary stages of hearing aid production, including pre-manufacturing, shell production, electronic elements, final assembly, quality control, packaging, and distribution. A key finding of this study is that despite the growing influence of automation in streamlining and enhancing manufacturing efficiency, human involvement remains essential for ensuring precision and detecting potential machine malfunctions. The findings contribute to the literature on hearing aid manufacturing and emphasize the significance of maintaining a balance between technological advancements and human expertise for fostering future innovations across various sectors.
