چکیده مقاله:

In recent years, the use of the finite element method (FEM) in metal forming and material processing has grown significantly. This study outlines the development of a finite element modeling approach for manufacturing a component using the sheet hydroforming (SHF) process. Both FEM simulations and experimental testing were conducted to fabricate a complex-shaped part from Inconel ۷۱۸. The FEM analysis served as a reliable feasibility study, optimizing aspects such as blank design, load path, and process parameters. To verify the accuracy of the simulated hydroformed part, experimental trials were carried out, revealing a strong correlation between the predicted FEM results and the physical outcomes.
