چکیده مقاله:

The effective management and optimization of construction processes are critical to ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution. This study explores the integration of modern optimization techniques, including linear programming, genetic algorithms, and simulation-based optimization, to enhance resource allocation, scheduling efficiency, and risk mitigation. By applying these advanced methodologies, the research demonstrates a significant improvement in project outcomes, including a ۱۵% reduction in resource costs, a ۱۲% decrease in project duration, and a ۴۱% reduction in risk-related delays. The findings underscore the transformative role of modern technologies in construction management, enabling more strategic decision-making and improved efficiency. The study highlights that optimizing construction processes through technology-driven solutions is essential for addressing complex project challenges, minimizing inefficiencies, and ensuring adaptability to dynamic conditions.
