چکیده مقاله:

The increasing complexity of construction projects, especially in healthcare facilities, has driven the adoption of innovative technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and prefabricated modular construction. These approaches address critical challenges such as cost reduction, rapid project execution, and compliance with global standards. This study systematically evaluates key performance indicators, including quality, durability, and safety enhancement, using expert opinions, weighted mean, and Shannon entropy techniques. The findings reveal that quality (۱۶.۳%), durability (۱۵.۷%), and safety enhancement (۱۶.۱%) are the most significant factors influencing decision-making in healthcare construction projects. The integration of BIM and modular construction methods is shown to significantly improve efficiency, reduce material waste, and provide adaptability for emergencies like the COVID-۱۹ pandemic. By leveraging these advancements, this research highlights the potential of modular construction and BIM to optimize healthcare infrastructure development and project management.
