چکیده مقاله:
Transformational leadership is widely recognized as a critical driver of innovation and organizational success in modern workplaces. This study explores the role of transformational leadership in inspiring innovation, motivating employees, and fostering a culture of creativity within organizations. Through a survey of ۱۰۰ respondents, including employees and managers, the research investigates the impact of transformational leadership behaviors on employee motivation, performance, and innovative outcomes. The findings suggest that transformational leaders significantly influence innovation by creating an environment that encourages risk-taking, collaboration, and continuous learning. The study highlights the importance of adopting transformational leadership practices to enhance employee engagement and drive organizational growth.
