A STUDY ON HUMAN RESOURCE INNOVATION: LEVERAGING TECHNOLOGY FOR TALENT DEVELOPMENT

The role of human resource management has evolved significantly with the introduction of advanced technologies. The integration of technological tools has reshaped the processes of talent development, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. This study explores how organizations leverage technology to enhance talent development strategies, improve employee skills, and optimize learning and development processes. A survey conducted with ۱۰۰ HR professionals and employees provides insights into the effectiveness of technology-driven HR practices. The findings suggest that technological innovations, including AI, learning management systems, and analytics, are pivotal in enhancing the quality of talent development, fostering employee growth, and aligning talent strategies with business goals.
