A STUDY ON STRATEGIC CHANGE MANAGEMENT: ADAPTING TO DYNAMIC BUSINESS ENVIRONMENTS

Strategic change management is pivotal in helping organizations adapt to dynamic business environments. This study explores the principles and practices of change management, emphasizing the importance of strategic alignment to address external and internal challenges. Using a mixed-method approach, the study examines data from ۱۰۰ respondents to identify key factors influencing successful change implementation. It also applies a chi-square test to assess the relationship between organizational culture and change adaptability. The findings offer insights and recommendations for enhancing strategic change processes.
