New formulations of topological indices in Triangular Benzenoid

In this article, triangular benzenoid is considered. The SMP-polynomial for the structure is obtained and using that polynomial, closed formulas for some distance-based indices are computed. These formulas are presented in terms of the number of hexagons in the base of the graph. Hence indices can be calculated via new formulas without counting the degrees of the vertices and partitioning the edges. Finally, the results are displayed numerically and graphically.
