چکیده مقاله:

The use of self-healing composites introduces a groundbreaking method for improving the lifespan and reliability of gas turbine blades. By incorporating mechanisms like microencapsulated healing agents and shape-memory polymers, these composites can autonomously mend micro-cracks and other damages that occur during gas turbine operation. This self-repair capability notably extends blade service life, minimizes maintenance downtime, and reduces operational costs. Additionally, applying self-healing composites enhances performance and safety by preserving structural integrity under high-stress conditions. This paper examines various self-healing technologies and their effectiveness in optimizing the durability limits of gas turbine blades, offering valuable insights for future research and industrial applications.
