چکیده مقاله:
The industry is witnessing a transformation towards sustainable housing solutions. Three-dimensional Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) are guiding this change. Several architectural and technological companies are adopting innovative approaches to create smart houses equipped with systems that can sense, control, prevent waste, and regulate various aspects. Smart houses can be designed with motion detection technologies, safety mechanisms, and other advanced technologies like ۳D Printing (۳DP) and Internet of Things (IoT), which show promising potential for future smart city development.
This study aims to highlight key advancements in technological approaches for rapid construction and implementation of buildings, demonstrating how AI can optimize energy efficiency, structural design, and building automation. AI can facilitate predictive analysis and building system optimization, while IoT enhances building management and control systems.
The research addresses challenges related to ۳DP, AI, IoT technologies, and their potential in sustainable smart house construction.
