چکیده مقاله:
In this paper, based on some inventory systems attributes, the suppliers produce three holes wicker exhaust bumpers (for primary, Middle, and end ones) which are CKD for the automotive parts manufacturer and are selected and prioritized. These attributes include b, TRC, ROP, and Batch Size and are calculated according to different parameters in an EBQ inventory system. It means backlog is permitted in this model and the costs of transportation, the share of holding cost, and the share of backlog cost are considered for the parameters. This inventory system has four suppliers and TOPSIS and ELECTRE are the methods used to prioritize the suppliers. Some attributes are negative and the calculations for decision making are different. In fact, the suppliers of automotive three-hole wicker exhaust bumper parts for automotive part manufacturing systems are ranked. The results of TOPSIS show exactly the differences and each alternative and supplier have various values. The prioritization results in the ELECTRE method are similar to the first method, but it is a bit different in the domination numbers. These inventory parameters and attributes are so important for choosing the most valuable and beneficial suppliers to enhance and optimize the productivity of the manufacturing system from the inventory channel .
