چکیده مقاله:
The emergence of the Metaverse has opened new frontiers in sports management, offering innovative opportunities for both virtual and physical event experiences. As sports organizations navigate this evolving digital landscape, traditional management methods must be integrated with cutting-edge technological solutions to maintain operational efficiency and financial accuracy. This paper explores a hybrid approach to sports management in the Metaverse, combining traditional accounting practices with advanced algorithms, such as machine learning, blockchain, and AI-based optimization techniques. Traditional accounting methods offer a strong foundation for tracking revenues, expenses, and financial transactions, while advanced algorithms enable real-time data analysis, dynamic pricing, fan engagement, and resource optimization. This integration facilitates improved decision-making, transparency, and efficiency across various aspects of sports management, including ticketing, merchandise sales, and event coordination. By leveraging the benefits of both traditional and modern methodologies, sports organizations can enhance revenue generation, streamline operations, and provide an immersive fan experience in the Metaverse. The paper outlines the conceptual framework of this hybrid approach, discusses its potential applications, and highlights the challenges and opportunities that arise from the intersection of traditional sports management and the Metaverse. The findings suggest that a hybrid model will play a pivotal role in the future of sports management, providing a balanced solution to meet both financial and technological demands.
