چکیده مقاله:
In today's world, artificial intelligence, as a growing and widely used technology, has had a great impact on various industries, including businesses. In the past few years, businesses have increasingly turned to artificial intelligence to gain business value following the flood of data and the sharp increase in computing capacity. From designing advanced algorithms to analyzing big data, artificial intelligence has provided businesses with new possibilities to provide better services to customers. By taking advantage of the functions of artificial intelligence, businesses can customize their offerings to meet customer needs and strengthen long-term relationships and customer loyalty. The purpose of this review article is to identify the functions of artificial intelligence in providing value to customers. In this regard, key concepts such as artificial intelligence, business, customer satisfaction, customer experience are examined. Given the importance of the impact of artificial intelligence in businesses, it is expected that the use of this technology will expand and develop. Businesses that take these technologies seriously and use them as a tool to improve performance and deliver value to their customers can gain competitive advantages and move towards sustainable profitability and growth.
