In recent years, the metaverse has gained widespread attention as an innovative platform capable of transforming digital experiences. Among the key enabling technologies, Augmented Reality (AR) has enhanced user interactions with virtual environments, delivering more immersive experiences. This study aims to propose a novel model for improving customer experience in metaverse platforms by analyzing the factors influencing user experience and suggesting practical strategies for enhancement using AR capabilities. The research methodology consists of two main phases: first, a qualitative approach was employed to identify the key factors affecting customer experience. Subsequently, quantitative modeling and analysis were conducted to develop an innovative framework for optimizing user experience. The findings reveal that intelligent integration of AR within the metaverse can significantly improve various aspects of customer experience, including visual interactions, usability, and the sense of presence. The proposed model combines AR features with user experience design elements, creating an environment that not only enhances user satisfaction but also drives metaverse platforms towards greater user engagement and customer loyalty. The results of this study offer practical guidance for metaverse platform developers, digital marketers, and customer experience researchers, providing actionable insights for leveraging AR to optimize user interactions and satisfaction.
