An analysis of architectural worn-out buildings regeneration approach international proceedings for global developing

The issue of repairing intervention in dilapidated, problematic and inefficient buildings have long been contemplated as a necessary action all around the world. After the passage of years, approaches in this field got evolved by paying attention to social, managerial, economic, cultural, artistic, historical, biological and environmental aspects. Finally one of the most comprehensive approaches called “Regeneration” took over. The present article intends to review architectural worn-out buildings regeneration approach international proceedings for global developing since before the ۱۸th century until now by using ex-post facto research method. Therefore, this analytical-descriptive article deals with the qualitative analysis received from library information and official documents to examine how the aforementioned approach has reached its evolutionary stage.
