Investigating the factors and measuring the comfort and well-being of residential based on residential satisfaction

Environment is a vital aspect of people's life and quality of life. This research article examines the factors that contribute to satisfaction with their living environment. The purpose of this study is to provide insight into creating more livable and sustainable communities to increase the well-being of residents by examining the determinants of housing. This research was done by descriptive and analytical method and by collecting information and data. In this research, we came to the conclusion that based on the factors and characteristics of residential satisfaction, physical characteristics, social characteristics, cultural characteristics, and neighborhood accessibility characteristics, which were compared with these ۴ factors, cultural characteristics, physical characteristics. Features take precedence over the other three features. Also, the number of people in the residence is very important in the comfort and life of the residents, and the better set of services and facilities you have, the happier the residents will be.
