چکیده مقاله:
In this study, block samples of clay bricks were constructed with and without additives (limestone powder, coal, and EPS) at the laboratory of the Research Center for Roads, Housing, and Urban Development. Mechanical tests were conducted on the samples to evaluate their properties, including compressive strength, water absorption, density, and shrinkage. Additionally, using the heat transfer module in Comsol Multiphysics software, the behavior of lightweight clay block samples with assumed vertical cavity patterns was analyzed over a ۲۴-hour period. The results and outputs of Comsol Multiphysics software were compared in different geometric shapes of cavities to assess heat transfer from the outer surface to the inner surface with various time delays and maximum temperatures. Finally, ۶ finalized geometries out of ۲۰ considered cavity patterns with the highest and lowest Swing, Decrement factor, and Time lag were compared and analyzed.
