In the modern world, when technology is an essential component in learning a second language, foreign language learners frequently use YouTube to enhance their listening comprehension abilities. YouTube presents a dynamic platform for language practice. YouTube has several advantages such as the variety of subjects, authentic language, flexibility, exposure to native speakers, cost-effectiveness, and availability. By watching several variety videos which include tutorials, vlogs, and educational content l۲ learners could enhance their comprehension, vocabulary growth, and general language proficiency. Although language learners find it challenging to develop their listening skills, YouTube videos can provide them with sufficient motivation to do so. Given YouTube's widespread popularity and its usage by language learners as an instrument for developing and improving their listening abilities, there are language learners who discover the platform positively and others who assess it negatively. The current qualitative descriptive study is to investigate the perspective of language learners who, despite utilizing YouTube videos for a semester, were able to increase their listening comprehension after starting the semester with low listening comprehension. Eight language learners have been selected for this purpose to include their viewpoints in the research findings. Ultimately, the study's findings demonstrated that looking at YouTube videos can enhance listening comprehension.
