چکیده مقاله:

One of the issues that is prevalent in organizations today but receives little attention is the phenomenon of organizational indifference. Indifference is a slow process that gradually appears in employees. Employees who are engaged in boring and repetitive jobs and have little hope of improvement and progress in their situation. At the organizational level, people who lose interest in their jobs for some reason gradually suffer from burnout and ultimately organizational indifference. Sometimes people express their objection to orders in the form of strikes and protests, which are the most obvious form of expressing dissatisfaction, and sometimes this is expressed by high absenteeism. Employee indifference to the issues and problems of the organization is a problem that is seen in most countries of the world and in most government or non-government, production or service organizations. This problem has been of such great importance to management researchers in recent years that they have classified it in the field of organizational crisis management and have referred to this problem as a kind of deviation from the balanced situation in the organization. On the other hand, the crisis of indifference is a very dangerous crisis for the organization, so much so that researchers admit that indifference can perhaps be called a silent crisis, a slow decline, and continuous and silent destruction. Therefore, such an attitude towards the issue of employee indifference and the urgent solution to this organizational problem is worthy of reflection and consideration.
