چکیده مقاله:

Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the most transformative technologies of today's world. AI serves as a foundation for mimicking human intelligence processes by developing and utilizing algorithms within a dynamic computational environment. Over the past decades, AI, as an advanced technology, has significantly revolutionized various industries. Different sectors within the tourism industry, including hotels, airlines, travel agencies, and tourist destinations, leverage this technology to enhance travelers' experiences and improve the efficiency of the industry. Digital transformation, particularly in the form of AI, has had a profound impact on business processes and customer interactions in the tourism sector. This research aims to examine and analyze the applications of AI in the tourism industry. Furthermore, the study identifies the challenges associated with adopting this technology in the tourism sector. Finally, recommendations are proposed to optimize the use of AI in this industry. This study can be beneficial to academics and tourism professionals by providing an overview of AI applications and challenges in the tourism and hospitality sectors.
