چکیده مقاله:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) as one of the transformative technologies in marketing has had a significant impact on marketing processes and strategies. This technology has provided numerous capabilities for businesses by utilizing big data analysis, optimizing advertising campaigns, personalizing customer experience, and predicting their behavior. The use of tools such as chatbots, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing techniques has enabled smarter and more efficient interactions with customers. However, challenges such as ethical issues, data quality, and privacy concerns also accompany these advances. The present study examines the applications, benefits, challenges, and opportunities of AI in marketing and analyzes the role of this technology in improving marketing performance, increasing customer engagement, and creating competitive advantage.
