چکیده مقاله:

Cognitive neuroscience has significantly influenced artificial intelligence (AI) through the development of brain-inspired architectures, drawing increasing attention from researchers in recent years. This article explores how insights from cognitive neuroscience inform the creation and enhancement of AI models. One prominent example is Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), which have revolutionized image processing tasks by mimicking the hierarchical processing of visual information in the visual cortex. These networks analyze data in layers, starting with simple feature detection (such as edges and contours) and progressing to more complex representations like faces and objects. Additionally, Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) have emerged as effective architectures for handling sequential data, such as speech and text, inspired by the brain's recurrent connections that utilize past information to process new data. This neural activity is crucial for memory formation and prediction, areas that cognitive neuroscience continues to explore. By analyzing cognitive mechanisms such as learning, memory, and information processing in the human brain, novel algorithms and techniques can be developed to create AI systems that emulate human-like functionalities. This article highlights specific examples of AI models that incorporate cognitive principles, demonstrating how these innovative approaches can address complex problems and optimize processes across various fields, including computer vision, natural language processing, and machine learning. Ultimately, it discusses the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, envisioning a future where AI development is deeply rooted in a profound understanding of human cognition and behavior.
