چکیده مقاله:
The introduction of AI and its technologies into the business environment has led to changes in the managerial tasks, skills, and capabilities of managers, and has required HR managers of companies to identify and acquire the managerial capabilities necessary to accept and apply AI-based technologies. In addition to the usual capabilities and competencies in the field of employee management, including the ability to understand the business, perform HR activities, and manage change, these managers need new and specific capabilities and skills that can keep pace with the changes of the AI era and, while accepting these technologies, acquire the necessary preparation for their application in the organization and help optimize integration of AI in organizations. Despite the widespread penetration of artificial intelligence in organizations, few studies have been conducted on the capabilities required by human resource managers to adopt and apply artificial intelligence-based technologies, and summarizing the existing knowledge in this field seems necessary for a better and more comprehensive understanding of these capabilities. Therefore, the main goal of this article is to identify the capabilities of human resource managers to adopt and apply artificial intelligence and its based technologies based on studies. The results of research in this field show that in the era of artificial intelligence, human resource managers must acquire and strengthen the capabilities of managerial human capital, managerial social capital, and managerial cognitive capabilities.
