چکیده مقاله:
Artificial intelligence is recognized as one of the key factors in economic growth and development, employment, local factor productivity, and technical innovation of societies in the development and future of jobs. Artificial intelligence not only helps create new jobs, but also, unlike conventional machines that replace human and animal labor for specific tasks, has the ability to change the nature and basis of work. Given the expansion of the effects of artificial intelligence on jobs and the dispersion of previous research, this study aims to review and analyze research conducted on the role of artificial intelligence in the future of jobs. The sample of this study was extracted from the Scopus citation database, according to the topic and criteria mentioned in the research method, and relates to the period from ۲۰۲۳ to October ۲۰۲۴. The method of conducting this research is quantitative, review and bibliometric. The output was prepared using VOSviewer software. According to the research findings, the impact of artificial intelligence on the present and future of jobs is undeniable, to the extent that it has had positive effects on the economies of some countries and has the potential to create significant changes. In this study, the co-occurrence network of words and the network of keywords were drawn and examined. The findings indicate that research related to artificial intelligence and its role in the future of jobs has had an upward trend, and the countries of the United States of America, China, India, the United Kingdom, and Germany had the most related research in this field.
