چکیده مقاله:

In today's global economy, if organizations want to remain competitive, they must find strategies to collaborate on artificial intelligence (AI) and human resource (HR) interactions in their decision-making process. Today, AI technology has become an important tool used by HR managers in organizations for recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, and retention of the best talent. The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of artificial intelligence technology in the human resource management system. This research was conducted using a scientific review method. Accordingly, an attempt was made to investigate and explain the application of artificial intelligence technology in the human resource management system by examining and studying reputable domestic and foreign articles in various databases. The results of this study indicate that AI technology can be used in human resource management processes to save time and money, increase accuracy, eliminate bias in attracting and hiring talented applicants, Training, development and maintenance of human resources, human resources planning and job analysis, reduce workload, process tasks with high power, access extensive data, perform complex tasks, and increase employee efficiency and productivity.
