Analysis of the Supreme Leader's statements in the field of knowledge-based on artificial intelligence algorithms (topic modeling)

The knowledge-based economy has played a very important role in different countries of the world. Accelerated economic growth, technological growth, the growth of single industries, and the growth of employment of university graduates and the growth of exports of goods and technical engineering services have been among the achievements of the knowledge-based economy. The main issue of the research is to explain the dimensions of the knowledge-based economy from the perspective of the Supreme Leader based on artificial intelligence. In this way, Knowledge-based has analyzed the statements of the Supreme Leader during the years ۱۹۸۹ to ۲۰۲۲ using a qualitative text mining approach and thematic analysis method. Thematic analysis was carried out using the Latent Dirichlet Assignment (LDA) technique with coding in Python software. The approach to automatically assigning topics to texts is based on text mining methods. In this method, words without added value were removed to increase the performance and accuracy of text processing. The results of the analyses show that the main dimensions of the knowledge-based economy include four categories: science and technology, scientific work, knowledge-based economy, and science production. On the other hand, three of the Supreme Leader's statements (۱۰/۱۷/۲۰۰۳, ۰۷/۲۹/۲۰۰۵, ۰۲/۲۵/۲۰۰۷) are the most prominent statements in explaining knowledge-based. Also, based on the findings, the economy, elites, industry, company, knowledge-based, work and product, form an intertwined network of indicators related to the subject of knowledge-based. Based on the vital role of the knowledge-based economy in advancing political and economic goals, governments should put on their agenda the creation of job opportunities and control unemployment through the expansion of science and technology parks, research and technology centers, and encouragement and support for the innovation system.
