Analyzing the link between transformational leadership and job satisfaction is crucial for fostering a positive work environment. This study investigates the impact of transformational leadership on job satisfaction within a leading shoe manufacturing company. The primary objective is to explore how the four dimensions of transformational leadership—individualized consideration, intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, and idealized influence—relate to employees' job satisfaction across various roles. A total of ۲۰۰ employees from production, design, administration, and sales departments were selected using stratified random sampling to ensure a representative sample. Data collection was carried out using two standardized instruments: the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) for transformational leadership and a custom job satisfaction questionnaire, both employing a five-point Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS, utilizing descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation, and regression analysis. The results demonstrate that individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation significantly correlate with job satisfaction, whereas inspirational motivation and idealized influence show no significant relationship. Regression analysis revealed that individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation are positive predictors of job satisfaction. These findings suggest that specific leadership behaviors, such as providing personal attention and encouraging innovative thinking, are critical to enhancing employee satisfaction. The model accounted for ۱۵.۶% of the variance in job satisfaction, indicating a moderate relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction in the shoe manufacturing context. This study provides valuable insights for leadership development initiatives aimed at improving employee morale and job satisfaction.
