چکیده مقاله:

The Iran-Israel tension remains one of the most consequential geopolitical conflicts in the Middle East, with profound implications for both regional stability and global security. Rooted in deep ideological, religious, and political divides, this conflict has evolved over several decades, influenced by pivotal events such as the Iranian Revolution, the Israeli-Palestinian dispute, and the shifting alliances within the region. This article explores the historical roots and current dynamics of the Iran-Israel rivalry, analyzing the involvement of key global powers like the United States, Russia, and the European Union. It investigates how these powers have shaped the conflict through political, economic, and military influence, often pursuing conflicting interests that further complicate efforts for peace. The article delves into crucial issues such as nuclear proliferation, proxy wars, and the broader security dilemma that has escalated the stakes for both regional actors and international peace. By examining the strategies employed by Iran and Israel to project power within the region, this article assesses the potential for further escalation and the implications for the broader Middle East political landscape. It argues that while global powers have made efforts to mediate, their strategies have failed to adequately address the security concerns of the opposing states, which has fueled regional instability. The article emphasizes the urgent need for strategic diplomacy, multilateral cooperation, and conflict resolution frameworks to mitigate risks and foster long-term peace. It concludes with a call for international institutions to play a more active role in addressing territorial disputes, military posturing, and economic sanctions to avoid catastrophic regional warfare and to explore new opportunities for peace-building in the Middle EastKeywords: Iran-Israel conflict, Middle East, geopolitical tensions, nuclear proliferation, proxy wars, diplomacy, international relations, power dynamics, conflict resolution, multilateral cooperation, peace-building, global powers, security dilemma, territorial disputes
