Tourism intervention in ecosystem restoration

Natural ecosystems have undergone many changes over the years. These changes include human and natural changes, which have become more intense with increasing human interference. The tourism industry is one of the thousands of activities and also the first action that a human sometimes without knowledge and in the position of a tourist with any point of view and purpose can be the cause of the destruction of an ecosystem. For this reason, preserving the natural environment against threats has become one of the concerns for the positive effectiveness of ecosystem restoration projects. Ecosystem restoration can be necessary based on personal interests, rational reasons, social responsibility or a specific behavior in a natural field. Since the restoration of the ecosystem is based on a peaceful relationship and nature-friendly behavior of humans with nature, then reconsidering the behavior of tourists and the formation of the word ecotourism is a great opportunity to compensate, reduce or eliminate the human damage suffered on nature. By collecting and documenting different types of tourism, this study emphasizes the destructive role of tourists from the point of view of ecosystem restoration science and considers the human pressure on nature to be effective in ecological instability in the failure of ecosystem restoration projects. Also, for the first time, it has transformed the destructive effects of tourism into a model with a conceptual graph. The achievement of this study is to reach a common understanding of friendship with nature as an ecotourism to support the goals of ecosystem restoration projects.
