چکیده مقاله:

Nowadays, using of thermochromic materials in the textile industry is growing. One of the most popular methods for creating thermochromic textiles is the use of printing technology. For this purpose, the preparation of thermochromic printing paste with the desired properties and proper color stability has become of special importance. Among the colorants with thermochromic properties, Leco dyes were more popular than liquid crystals for textile products. Most studies in this field have been done on the color performance and colorimetric parameters of thermochromic materials on textile substances and less attention has been paid to their printing properties and stability. The goal of this paper is to produce a printing paste of Leco thermochromic dyes with appropriate properties for cotton fabrics. Printing pastes containing alginates, emulsions and their mixtures were prepared with different percentages and production methods. Abrasion resistance (dry and wet), washing and finishing were investigated and their color differences with the standard sample were examined. Emulsion printing paste with a ratio of ۳/۵ of water/oil had less color difference with the primary sample and showed a better performance.
