The Semantic Articulations of the Terms "Mariq - Zahiq - Lahiq" between the Quran and Supplications: A Reading in Textual Cohesion and Coherence in Light of al-Salawat al-Sha'baniyya and al-Ziyarah al-Jami'ah al-Kabirah

This study addresses the semantic articulations of the terms "Mariq - Zahiq - Lahiq" between the Holy Quran and supplications, through a reading in textual cohesion and coherence in the light of al-Salawat al-Sha'baniyya and al-Ziyarah al-Jami'ah al-Kabirah. The study is based on the hypothesis that these terms, despite the different contexts in which they occur, form a network of interconnected meanings that contribute to a deeper understanding of the intended meanings in religious texts. The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, where each term is analyzed morphologically and semantically using dictionaries and exegesis books, and then its context in the Holy Quran and the supplications under study is examined. Discourse analysis tools, such as anaphora, conjunction, and repetition, are used to reveal how these terms contribute to textual cohesion and coherence. The results of the study show that there are close semantic relationships between the uses of these terms in the different texts, which emphasizes the importance of interdisciplinary studies that combine linguistics and the sciences of the Quran and Hadith to better understand religious texts. The study recommends further research in the field of semantic articulations in religious texts using modern discourse analysis tools.
