چکیده مقاله:
The acetalization of glycerol with acetone was investigated using a series of highly efficient and effective lanthanide-based nano-porous coordination polymers (Ln-based nano PCPs) as catalysts. The catalysts, namely Tb(BTC)(H۲O).(DMF)۱.۱ (۱), Dy(BTC)(H۲O).(DMF)۱.۱ (۲), and Er(BTC)(H۲O).(DMF)۱.۱ (۳), were based on BTC and Ln۳+, and were optimized under varying reaction times, temperatures, catalyst/glycerol (Catal/Gly) molar ratios, and glycerol/acetone (Gly/Ace) molar ratios. The reusability of the catalysts was also thoroughly studied for this reaction.
