چکیده مقاله:

Yemen, which has been embroiled in a political crisis since ۲۰۱۱, has been in a worse situation since ۱۳۹۴/۱/۵ in accordance with ۲۰۱۵/۲۵/۳, with Saudi Arabia's military interference in its internal affairs. Although Statement ۲۲۱۶ is the basis for intervention in Yemen, from a humanitarian perspective, airstrikes by Saudi Arabia and coalition forces are often carried out without regard to humanitarian law and without distinction between military and civilian targets and individuals. This article concludes in an analytical-descriptive manner that the countries exporting military weapons, by disregarding the obligations set forth in the Arms Trade Convention and the common position of the European Union, in assessing the risks involved in the final use of arms shipments sent to Saudi Arabia, states have established their international responsibility under Article ۱۶ of the International Responsibility Plan (۲۰۰۱). The conclusion of this study was conducted in accordance with international regulations on arms exports and providing documentation about violations against humanitarian principles in Yemen, citing credible international statistics on arms support from coalition countries.
