چکیده مقاله:

To investigate the effect of biopriming (Trichoderma fungus) and seed coating with nano-chelate on the germination indices of two quinoa cultivars, an experiment was conducted in the form of a completely randomized basic design in four replications in the Seed Science and Technology Laboratory of Mohaghegh Ardabili University in the year ۲۰۲۴ was implemented. The experimental treatments included pre-treatment at three levels (control, biopriming, and seed coating) and quinoa cultivars (TT Kaka and Giza). The results showed that Trichoderma fungus increased the germination percentage by ۲۷.۶۲% and the germination speed by ۳۲.۲۴%. Thus, the highest percentage and germination speed were observed in the seeds treated with Trichoderma fungus in the Giza variety. According to the results of this research, it can be concluded that biopriming with Trichoderma fungus in Giza cultivar improves the germination characteristics and growth of seedlings by increasing the vigor of seeds and seedlings.
