چکیده مقاله:

One of the most important factors in eliminating depression or preventing these types of diseases is exercise. It has been proven that exercise reduces anxiety and depression, adjusts and adjusts the level of stress and even changes personality in the form of a more positive outlook on life. A study conducted on middle-aged people showed that people who exercised had less anxiety, nervous tension, depression and fatigue and had more strength than people in the control group. Through a study on depressed women, it has also been found that the level of depression and anxiety in them was significantly reduced, and the sense of perfection and self-reliance was increased in them. As a result, we find that the role of exercise in eliminating depression is very important.
