Impact of Management on Risks Arising from the Construction of Large Projects

The execution of projects and their management during crises is one of the important discussions in the field of management. Various types of risks in construction projects include financial risks, environmental risks, socio-economic risks, and risks related to construction. All of these fall under the topic of 'risk management.' The significant changes in environmental factors in the construction industry are evident. This issue is easily influenced by external factors (technical, design, logical, physical, functional, environmental, socio-political, emergency operations, and others), which not only cause the project to deviate from its original path but also may lead to irreparable deviations. Therefore, risk management becomes an effective tool that helps us gather, analyze, and assess various risks and take actions to eliminate them in a specific project. In this article, the identification and prioritization of management over risks arising from the construction of large projects are examined. To investigate this topic, risks were first identified. After identifying potential risks, a questionnaire was prepared. Finally, the questionnaire was distributed to ۳۰ different and expert companies in this field.
