چکیده مقاله:
The architecture and construction industries are experiencing a transformative shift due to the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), aimed at enhancing productivity, safety, and sustainability. This paper explores the current applications of AI within these sectors, highlighting significant advancements such as autonomous machinery, robotics, predictive analytics, and generative design. Through a comprehensive review of AI-driven tools and techniques, the study examines their impact on project management, risk mitigation, and the overall building lifecycle, including design, construction, and maintenance. Furthermore, the paper addresses the challenges of AI adoption, including high implementation costs, workforce training needs, and ethical considerations. Looking to the future, it envisions a landscape where AI becomes integral to smart cities and infrastructure development, paving the way for a more efficient and sustainable built environment. The findings underscore the necessity of investment in technology and skills development to harness AI’s full potential in architecture and construction.
