چکیده مقاله:

Truss core sandwich structures with their exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratio have attracted significant research attention in recent years due to their potential for lightweight applications in various industries, especially aerospace and transportation. This study numerically investigates the buckling behavior of two common truss core geometries: pyramidal and kagome. The results of the study show that kagome cores exhibit a higher buckling load compared to pyramidal cores. To achieve these results, finite element models of the truss cores were developed and analyzed using Abaqus software.
