چکیده مقاله:
Given the progress of countries and the increase in human living standards, humans are always looking to use all available capacities for their comfort and peace. Therefore, one of the oldest spaces, which has a maximum beyond the first common buildings built by humans, has received much attention today. Underground spaces are considered one of the oldest types of shelter for humans, which, given this growth rate, have not been given as much attention as they should have. In this research, the unique and undiscovered features of underground spaces from an architectural perspective, which have received very little attention, have been examined. These underground spaces, from the principles and perspective of architecture and construction, are one of the main potentials for Iranian green architecture.
