چکیده مقاله:

This article examines the psychology of color on the sales of household appliances according to emotional factors. Considering that colors affect human emotions and behavior, this research tries to find the relationship between the choice of color in the design and packaging of household appliances and the reaction to analyze consumers' emotions. The use of psychological approaches and personality characteristics of consumers in changing their behavior is one of the key strategies in product marketing. Color, as an important quality of objects, can influence how people choose household appliances products through changing people's emotions. A review of the study background shows the unconscious influence of color on life and its influence on cultural characteristics. Also, color is one of the important image characteristics and one of the main elements of non-verbal communication and the first symbol that attracts the attention of customers. The current research is a review of the effect of color psychology on the sale of home appliances products. The method of collecting information is library and research documents, and the results indicate that color has a significant effect on the psychological characteristics and emotions of people, which causes them to choose a product.
