چکیده مقاله:
The existence of professional ethics in educational managers will increase the excellence and development of the country's education. The aim of the current research is to explain the formation process of the components of professional ethics of primary school principals in the ۲nd district of Zanjan from the point of view of assistants, teachers and parents. The present research was conducted using a qualitative approach and data-based theory method. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews with ۱۱ teachers, ۵ elementary school assistants, and ۵ parents. The interviewees were selected based on theoretical sampling strategy. To validate the findings, methods such as control of the findings by the participants as well as the multivariate analysis method have been used. Data analysis was done in three stages of open, central and selective coding, as a result of which ۱۱۱ initial codes and ۱۱ categories were extracted. The findings include the causal conditions of "leadership, ethics, rule of law, religiosity, foresight", intermediary conditions of "moral, social, economic", intervening conditions of "individual and structural challenges", strategies of "individual and social growth", the consequences were "intra-provincial, extra-provincial". As a result, the components of professional ethics have a significant impact on the behavior of school principals; Therefore, it is necessary for the principals of primary schools to pay special attention to the moral components.
