E-commerce, as a dynamic and evolving industry, requires precise market analysis and the identification of new opportunities. This article examines effective study methods for market analysis and the identification of new opportunities in e-commerce based on the Ketabdaneh approach. Initially, the importance of market analysis and its role in understanding customer behavior and predicting market changes is discussed. Then, market research methods, including primary and secondary research, as well as data analysis using analytical tools and predictive modeling, are introduced. The article also addresses the identification of new opportunities through competitor analysis and customer needs, highlighting the development of new products and services as a key strategy.
