Time means the possibility of existence, being and doing. Man has realized that time is not an infinite thing but has a beginning and an end. Between the beginning and the end, there is an opportunity at the disposal of man that he can interfere in and make changes. With this perspective, it can be understood that humans can make changes for themselves and others in the world of existence with the decisions they make at a given moment of time. Now, these changes can have both positive and negative aspects. In general, it can be found that a manager in his management field can benefit from the time tools and facilities he has at a given moment and cause changes in his area of responsibility. And another topic is data management or management information or organizational information. With a little reflection, it can be understood that time management and data management complement each other in the sense that time management can achieve its efficiency alongside information or data management. Otherwise, nothing will happen.
