This study presents an in-depth analysis of the simulation and optimization of a gas gathering site for simultaneous power and gas production while enhancing pressure for reuse purposes. Focusing on the unique gas properties of an oilfield, the research thoroughly investigates efficient strategies for managing flare gases. Through the exploration of various methodologies, the study aims to enhance the overall efficiency of the gathering site in producing power and gas. The findings highlight the importance of incorporating sustainable practices into oilfield operations and demonstrate the economic benefits resulting from optimal resource utilization. The recommendations derived from this study offer practical insights to strengthen the sustainability and profitability of oil and gas operations. By effectively harnessing flare gases, organizations can reduce waste, minimize environmental impact, and capitalize on converting this byproduct into valuable commodities, thereby increasing revenue streams. This research contributes to the expanding knowledge base on sustainable energy generation and resource management within the oil and gas industry. Implementing these insights can promote environmentally conscious and economically viable approaches to oilfield activities.
