Parvoviruses, due to their high environmental resistance, are one ofthe major challenges in controlling animal infections. In this study,clinical samples including feces, ocular mucus, and nasal mucus werecollected from infected animals. The samples were cultured in Verocells and incubated at ۳۷°C for ۷۲ hours. The effects of fourdisinfectants—bleach (sodium hypochlorite), toilet cleaner (acid-basedcleaner), ۷۰% ethanol, and industrial alcohol (methanol)—onparvovirus were evaluated. The results showed that bleach and toiletcleaner, due to their strong oxidizing properties, had the mostsignificant impact on virus inactivation, while alcohols showed limitedeffectiveness. These findings can be useful in selecting effectivedisinfectants for controlling parvovirus.
