Dependence of acidity of concrete mixing design water and strength pressureand the effect of super plasticizer on it

چکیده مقاله:
Concrete is used as the most widely used building and practical material in various structures such as bridges, bridge construction ,tunnels ,etc. Today, super plasticizers play an important role in the construction of concrete with different mix designs ,which are used for slump consistency ,chemical and physical properties, and more precisely ,water quality and water-cement ratio in concrete are among the important design parameters that should be taken into account. Therefore, in this research, we replaced concrete cubic samples with a mix design of certain percentages of water with an acid and made cubic samples in two states with the presence of super plasticizer and without the presence of super plasticizer and investigated the compressive strength. The overall results indicate an improvement in performance and an increase in the strength of concrete containing super plasticizers in cubic samples compared to the state without super plasticizers in case of sulfuric acid attack. Also, the change of the compressive strength of the samples and the change of its mass in the samples without super plasticizer is linear and in the samples in which super plasticizer has been used, it is a ۳rd degree curve. This change in the procedure in the samples with super plasticizer The ۳rd degree curve is due to the chemical reaction between cement, acid and super plasticizer. The samples that had ۲۰% of their water content were destroyed by sulfuric acid and did not show compressive strength.
