In this article, the possibility of developing a model to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system (QMS) in order to meet the needs of service companies is investigated. In order to fulfill this purpose, the following research method, which consists of surveying companies through questionnaires, structured interviews, document analysis, evaluating the efficiency of processes, spending on quality, quality culture, and adapting the organization's activities to standards Quality used. For this purpose, multidimensional, multifactor statistical methods and correlation regression analysis were used. The results showed that the implemented quality standards only guarantee the raising level of the systems and do not guarantee their success and effectiveness. All efforts should be made to implement management systems. This has led to tangible benefits and the results obtained from effective measurements help the organization's strategic planning. In this article, the quality management system effectiveness evaluation model implemented based on theoretical data and practical research is used to meet the needs of service companies. This model includes the evaluation of subsystems related to quality costs, processes, quality culture and audit results. Also, this model reflects the requirements of ISO ۹۰۰۴:۲۰۱۰, which are necessary for the success of the organization and are not addressed in the ISO ۹۰۰۰ standard. Since the importance of evaluation criteria used by individuals to evaluate the effectiveness of QMS varies, weighted correlation should be used. The desired model can easily define and identify the priority areas for quality improvement and increase the added value by developing the most effective tools and methods.
